Booboooutlet DOES NOT ISSUE REFUNDS for returned items.
We understand that ordering online is not always an easy task. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We are happy to exchange your item(s) for store credit with an E-Gift Card or for another available item of equal value for the exact amount spent during your purchase.
- Items returned within 30 days of their original delivery date will be eligible for store credit or an exchange for another item of equal value. Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you.
- Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all product tags attached and in its original packaging. Defective items must be reported within 5 days of delivery. If not reported, we will not issue credit.
- All items are returned to Booboooutlet at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include a note inside the return package with your name, order number, and what you wish to receive in exchange for the enclosed item.
- It is suggested you obtain a tracking number for any items you return in case the package is lost on its way back to Booboooutlet. We are not responsible for packages lost by the courier as this may result in us not being able to process your exchange.
- All items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned for store credit. Additionally, bodysuits, swimsuits, and/or undergarments are non-returnable.
- Once we receive and inspect your package, we will email you an E-Gift Card in the amount of your item. We will not refund any shipping charges for returning the item(s).

Booboooutlet reserves the right to not credit you if you return items outside the terms of our Exchange Policy, an irregular or excessive returns history, or potentially fraudulent or criminal activity. Non-My Amazing Angel items returned to us will be discarded upon receipt.
Booboooutlet will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable or returned to sender by the courier. If the address is accurate but the package is missing, (orders placed in the United States where the package never got delivered after 30 business days from order date), an investigation will be opened to retrieve and locate the package. If the package is not retrieved by the courier, Booboooutlet will reship the order at no additional cost. If your package shows delivered based on the tracking updates but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office, file a claim for the missing package, and resolve the issue.
